"A extremely good, quick, and smooth taco sauce! Excellent spooned onto fish or hen tacos, or added into taco salads or rice bowls. Serve chilled."
Ingredients :
- half cup reduced-fat sour cream, or greater to flavor
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- half of lime, or greater to taste, juiced
- half of teaspoon floor cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- half teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon chipotle chile powder
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 tablespoon sparkling cilantro, chopped
- 1/four teaspoon minced garlic

- Whisk bitter cream and mayonnaise together in a bowl till smooth; add lime juice and whisk till again easy and pourable, though still creamy, adding lime juice or sour cream if the mixture wishes to be thinner or thicker.
