"A crisp 'no-mayo' coleslaw that is remarkable for potlucks. I have used honey-roasted peanuts and have used sunflower seeds. The honey-roasted peanuts flavor wonderful in it. For massive crowds I do a double batch."
Ingredients :
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons grated onion
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 (sixteen ounce) applications coleslaw blend
- 2 (10 ounce) applications frozen green peas, thawed
- 1 cup dry-roasted peanuts
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds

- Whisk vegetable oil, sugar, vinegar, grated onion, dry mustard, and salt in a bowl, stirring till sugar has dissolved.
