Ingredients :
- cooking spray
- 1 1/four cups white sugar
- 2/3 cup oil
- three eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/four cups all-cause flour
- 1 half of tablespoons floor cinnamon, or extra to taste
- three/4 teaspoon baking soda
- three/four teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups shredded zucchini
- 1 cup shredded apple

- Preheat oven to 350 stages F (175 levels C). Spray 24 muffin cups with cooking spray or line with paper liners.
