| Apple Tapioca Pudding |
"Cooked in the slow cooker, this warm pudding is clean and creamy on a chilly wintry weather morn."
Ingredients :
- 4 cups apples - peeled, cored and sliced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- three/four teaspoon floor cinnamon
- half teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons small pearl tapioca
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 cup boiling water
- half of cup raisins (non-compulsory)

- Place the apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and tapioca into a bowl, and toss to coat apple slices.
- Place the apple combination into a gradual cooker. Pour lemon juice and boiling water over the apples.
- Set the cooker to High and cook dinner until apples are tender and thickened, 3 to four hours.
- Mix in raisins if desired; serve warm.
Notes :
- Use your choice of apples, but do not use macintosh.
- Try using a Reynolds® slow cooker liner for your gradual cooker for less complicated cleanup.
