Ingredients :

  • half cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and halved
  • 1/four cup vegetable oil
  • 1/four cup butter
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • three tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 1/four cup dry sherry
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, or to flavor

Instructions :

  • Pour flour right into a shallow bowl; beat egg in a separate bowl. Dredge artichoke hearts in flour after which coat with egg.
