Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 cups Mott's® Cinnamon Applesauce
- 1 half of cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- half teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- half of cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons margarine, softened
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 1/2 cups wheat bran flakes cereal

- Preheat the oven to 350 levels F. Line 12 (2 half of-inch) muffin cups with paper liners or spray with nonstick cooking spray. In a massive bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nutmeg.
- In medium bowl, beat sugar and margarine with electric mixer at medium speed until combined.
- Whisk in applesauce, egg whites and molasses. Add cereal. Stir till moistened.
- Stir applesauce aggregate into flour mixture simply until moistened. Spoon frivolously into prepared muffin cups.
- Bake 25-half-hour or till toothpick inserted into center comes out smooth. Immediately eliminate from pan cool on wire rack 10 mins. Serve warm or cool absolutely.
